歡迎使用「EasyPass 保險通 - Paper 1」（以下簡稱「本應用程式」）。本應用程式由 EasyPass Technology Limited（以下簡稱「本公司」）開發及營運。本公司非常重視您的個人資料私隱，並致力遵守香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第 486 章）（「PDPO」）的所有適用規定。
Welcome to "EasyPass 保險通 - Paper 1" (the "App"). The App is developed and operated by EasyPass Technology Limited ("we", "us", or "the Company"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with all applicable provisions of the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) ("PDPO").
本私隱政策旨在說明本應用程式如何處理資料，以及您作為用戶的權利。
This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles data and your rights as a user.
2. 資料收集與儲存
Data Collection and Storage
本應用程式僅在您的裝置本機儲存以下資料，以提供核心功能：
The App stores the following data locally on your device only, in order to provide core functionality:

考試成績記錄 — 包括模擬考試分數、答題正確率及歷次測驗結果
Exam score records — including mock exam scores, answer accuracy, and historical test results

學習進度資料 — 包括已完成的章節、練習記錄及書籤
Study progress data — including completed chapters, practice records, and bookmarks
重要聲明：上述所有資料均僅儲存於您的裝置上，不會傳輸至本公司或任何第三方的伺服器。如您刪除本應用程式，該等資料將會一併被移除。
Important: All of the above data is stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party. If you delete the App, this data will be removed along with it.
3. 個人資料
Personal Data
本應用程式不會收集、處理或傳輸任何個人資料。我們不要求用戶註冊帳戶，亦不會收集姓名、電郵地址、電話號碼、裝置識別碼或任何其他可識別個人身份的資訊。
The App does not collect, process, or transmit any personal data. We do not require account registration, nor do we collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, device identifiers, or any other personally identifiable information.
4. 第三方分析及追蹤
Third-Party Analytics and Tracking
本應用程式不使用任何第三方分析工具、廣告追蹤器或數據收集 SDK。我們不會追蹤您的使用行為，亦不會與任何第三方共享任何資料。
The App does not use any third-party analytics tools, advertising trackers, or data collection SDKs. We do not track your usage behaviour, nor do we share any data with third parties.
5. 應用程式內購買
In-App Purchases
本應用程式可能提供應用程式內購買功能。所有交易均由 Apple（透過 App Store）或 Google（透過 Google Play Store）直接處理。本公司不會存取或儲存您的任何付款資訊，包括信用卡號碼或帳單地址。
The App may offer in-app purchases. All transactions are processed directly by Apple (via the App Store) or Google (via Google Play Store). We do not access or store any of your payment information, including credit card numbers or billing addresses.
6. 遵守《個人資料（私隱）條例》
Compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance
根據香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第 486 章），本公司確認：
In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong, we confirm that:

本應用程式不屬於 PDPO 所定義的「資料使用者」，因為我們不收集或持有個人資料。
The App does not function as a "data user" as defined under the PDPO, as we do not collect or hold personal data.

由於不涉及個人資料的收集，保障資料原則（包括有關資料收集目的、使用限制、資料保安、公開性及查閱等原則）不適用於本應用程式的運作。
As no personal data is collected, the Data Protection Principles (including principles regarding purpose of collection, use limitation, data security, openness, and access) are not applicable to the App's operations.

如日後本應用程式的資料處理方式有任何變更，我們將更新本私隱政策，並確保全面遵守 PDPO 的所有適用規定。
Should there be any changes to the App's data handling practices in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and ensure full compliance with all applicable provisions of the PDPO.
7. 兒童私隱
Children's Privacy
本應用程式並非針對兒童設計。由於本應用程式不收集任何個人資料，因此不存在兒童個人資料收集的問題。
The App is not designed for children. Since the App does not collect any personal data, there is no issue of collecting personal data from children.
